RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you purchased as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without needing to provide any justification (Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU).

How to exercise it

  1. Email us at info@guivernorecords.com within the 14-day period, stating your order number and your wish to withdraw. You can use the withdrawal form found at the end of this policy (it's not mandatory to use it, but it streamlines the process).
  2. We will confirm the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the product in its original, unopened, and unused packaging within a maximum of 14 days from notifying your decision.

Refund

  • The full amount of the product (including initial standard shipping) will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive the product or from when you provide proof of shipment.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

2. ⚠️ Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, withdrawal is NOT permitted in the following cases, which are common for a cassette label:

  1. Sealed products that have been opened or unsealed. Cassettes are sent sealed; if the seal is broken, returns are not accepted.
  2. Customized or tailor-made products (if any, e.g., bundles with custom art).
  3. Sealed audio or video recordings that have been opened (applicable to digital editions or unsealed media).

Therefore: a cassette can only be returned if it is fully sealed and in its original condition.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products (Legal Guarantee)

If the product arrives defective, damaged, or is not the one ordered:

  1. Contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt (for transport damage, attaching photos of the package) or within the warranty period (2 years) for manufacturing defects.
  2. Guiverno Records will cover the return costs and, depending on the case, the replacement, repair, reduction, or refund in accordance with Article 114 of the TRLGDCU.

4. Pre-orders

Pre-orders follow the same rules: the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the receipt of the product (not from payment).
